Keep the heat in mind. Runners, both male and female, tend to wear normal ‘runners

There will be a bag-drop to store your personal belongings. We do not recommend

If you wish to take a camera, a lightweight disposable one is recommended. You
should also have a hat and sunglasses - for use after the race!
Q. Are the race course distances marked?
There will be kilometer markers at every kilometer for all races. |
